Whenever the power goes out, I head to the Traverse Area District Library (TADL) to use their wifi so I don’t get too far behind with work. We are so blessed to have this beautiful library in Traverse City, and thanks to their power and wifi, several hundred people and I are able to continue working in the aftermath of the MegaStorm of Summer 2015.

The above view is my satellite office. My mom was on the board of the Peninsula Community Library (and volunteered there through our school years) and also attended regional meetings with the TADL folks, so I feel a special connection to the library. And of course, books.
