In my view, the rocks in East Grand Traverse Bay and West Grand Traverse Bay should be one of the “7 Wonders of the World.” We’ll go ahead and make them number eight. I don’t think the other Wonders will mind.
Here’s a photo of some colorful rocks underneath the water (photo taken from the kayak, of course) along the shores of East Bay. I love that the sunlight was just right to create a little swirl of light.
