We’re still cleaning up from the MegaStorm that happened on August 2, so here’s a photo of some of our wood spoils. The silver lining of the storm is massive amounts of firewood for anyone who uses it to heat the house. We’re in the process of installing a woodstove, so this will come in handy when snow starts to fly (which, as we all know, could be next week).
We’re still looking for help with building the chimney, so if you know of anyone who specializes in that, send them our way. With all the new regulations for chimneys and woodstoves, it’s been a challenge finding anyone who still does it.
