How can we be half-way through October already? Time seems to speed up the older I get.
Here’s a photo taken from the beach at Neahtawanta Pavilion – West Bay with Power Island in the background. Stopped by there after yoga and it was pretty windy and chilly, so I didn’t stay too long. But there’s nothing like a wild and windy bay to energize a person.
