Our jeep was starting to smell like a cider mill (not a bad thing), so turning all those apples (stored in the jeep after we picked them, because where better to keep apples for easy snacking on the go?) was high on the priority list.
So Tim made applesauce today. A mix of Golden Delicious, Spies and Cortlands are heading to the freezer for winter consumption. Yay!
