Driving down Kroupa Road today, I saw this little apple tree next to the road and thought it would make a good Photo of the Day. Much of northern Michigan’s apple crop was knocked out from the August MegaStorm, but my family – Johnson Farms – harvested quite a few, and we made a tasty batch of applesauce here at the Boursaw compound.
