Photo of the Day: June 18, 2016 – Ducklings in East Bay

De-bugged the kayak and took it out for the first time tonight around 8 p.m. Gorgeous night with the moon just starting to come up and a family of ducklings and their mom swimming near shore.

I always try to keep my distance in these situations, so as not to worry them. They didn’t seem too disturbed, as they paddled around near shore. I shot this with the Canon EOS Rebel T6i, EFS 55-250mm lens.
