I don’t know who’s in charge of the hillside at the corner of Bowers Harbor Road and Seven Hills Road, but good job! I love these yellow wildflowers (daisies? something else?) that always sprout up there about this time of year.
We have a hillside coming up our driveway, and we’ve tried scattering wildflower seeds along there many times, but never with this gorgeous result.
Beautiful! Is it coreopsis?
I bet you’re right! They’re so beautiful. I’m going to start planting some on my bank going up the driveway. JB
Florigen’s may still have some. I bought several quarts for $1.80 each!
That’s a great deal! Thanks for the tip. Will make a trip out there this week. 🙂 – JB
That patch of coreopsis (also known as tickseed) is gorgeous and has been expanding year after year. Please bring your camera to Old Mission Flowers – the delphiniums are taller than you!
I’ve been thinking about coming by there! What’s the best time to come for lighting? Morning or early evening? – JB
