Photo of the Day: June 20, 2016 – Wildflowers at Seven Hills and Bowers Harbor Road

Feel free to share this post...

I don’t know who’s in charge of the hillside at the corner of Bowers Harbor Road and Seven Hills Road, but good job! I love these yellow wildflowers (daisies? something else?) that always sprout up there about this time of year.

We have a hillside coming up our driveway, and we’ve tried scattering wildflower seeds along there many times, but never with this gorgeous result.

  1. That patch of coreopsis (also known as tickseed) is gorgeous and has been expanding year after year. Please bring your camera to Old Mission Flowers – the delphiniums are taller than you!
