Photo of the Day: June 8, 2016 – Nesting Cardinal at Neahtawanta

This lovely cardinal with the giant beak is currently nesting outside the Neahtawanta Inn. And apparently, sometimes she uses that beak. Rumor has it she gets very ferocious when any other critters come near her nest. Hat/Tip to Sally Van Vleck for the great photo opp.
