Check out this gorgeous bird on the feeder today. I think it’s some sort of Grosbeak, because the beak looks something like that of the Rose-Breasted Grosbeak over here.

Ah – thank you! That makes sense, because I see the more colorful male all the time (why are the males always more colorful?), but hadn’t seen the female.
Yes I think it is a rose breasted female, young.
