The deer must know they’re safe on our property. At least, we sure see a lot of them. They especially love the apple tree at the top of our driveway, and don’t even move if we go outside and stare at them.
If you look out at any time of day, there’s a good chance you’ll see two or three of them standing there munching on apples. Look close and you’ll see the third deer (their mom, maybe?) on the left under the tree.

Awwwww we saw them just the other day over there near where you live. Love watching the deer! 🙂
There are so many around here! But I’ve seen those same 3 deer quite a bit, so I’m thinking they must be a family or something. 🙂 – jb
