If you’ve ever seen the cute family movie “Up,” you’ll remember the character of Dug, the lovable golden mutt living in the wilderness of Paradise Falls, where Carl and Russell land. Dug is outfitted with a remarkable high-tech collar that translates his thoughts into speech, and he’s easily distracted, especially if there’s a “Squirrel!” in the vicinity.
Dug would be saying “Squirrel!” a lot if he hung around my feeders. We call this one “White Ears.”
