The lilacs are starting to bloom, and there’s a beautiful row of them on McKinley Road. When I stopped to take a few photos, a very nice gentleman came by in his truck, put the window down, and said he was honored that I was taking photos of these lilacs that he planted about 20 years ago.
I thanked him for planting them, and said I was the one who was honored to be able to take photos and share with my Old Mission Gazette readers.
