Old Mission Peninsula resident Mary Rybka, who manages the Talbots store in downtown Traverse City, kindly arranged a fundraiser to benefit Friends of Peninsula Community Library, a 501(c)(3) organization that helps to support our community library in a variety of ways. Ten percent of pre-tax sales at the store today was donated to the group.

Pictured above is Vicki Shurly, PCL Director; Heatherlyn Johnson Reamer, PCL Board President; Nancy Davy, President of Friends of PCL; and Mary Rybka, Talbots manager.

Talbots – located at 148 East Front Street and immediately recognizable by the beautiful red door – features an array of lovely classic styles for all seasons. Right now, the store is filled with spring and summer apparel for women of all ages. Visit their website here.

The clothes look especially beautiful on these charming ladies of the Old Mission Peninsula. Thank you for making this event happen, and to all who shopped at Talbots today in support of PCL!
