The Old Mission Peninsula School (OMPS) float at the National Cherry Festival this year was super fun, with a cute beach theme and, of course, plenty of Old Mission Peninsula charm.
Prince Taylor Hoiles and Princess Hannah Seah did a great job representing the school and community. Take a look at a few photos of the float at the Junior Royale Parade on July 6, 2017. The float also rolled in the Cherry Royale Parade on July 8, 2017.

Thank you Jane! We are already olanning for our new OMPS float for next year, including current and new families, ALL alumni, past Princes and Princesses and an after parade party. All in celebration of our forever school. OMPS forever ?
Thanks Jane for the pictures. Reminds me of the float we did about 1982 or 83 when Alicia was a princess. To the parents, I have always remembered if as labor. So difficult during the process, but so worth it when we were done 🙂

The pictures are great, thank you for capturing the spirit and the moment!
You took one of my son (long blond hair/black sunglasses/straw hat on) that I LOVE. Would it be possible to get a copy so I can frame it at home?
Would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
Hey Meg – You bet! I just sent you a couple sizes that should work for 5×7 and 8×10. Let me know if they came through ok.
