Ginger Schultz, Mission Point Lighthouse Manager, reports that they’re looking for a part-time Lighthouse Retail Assistant. The position is ten hours weekly, May to November, with flexible hours, and requires a reliable, retail-minded person with hospitality and personable skills to assist the Lighthouse Manager.
The individual must be able to run the Square POS system in the gift shop and
assist visitors with their questions and purchases. They must also be able to climb 37 stairs several times a day in the museum. Training is provided. Pay is $10/hour.

Why does the lighthouse need a retail assistant. I thought the manager handled all of this.
I believe she needs extra help in the busy spring-to-fall months. -jb
