I don’t have quite a long enough camera lens to get a truly clear shot of this beautiful cardinal in the evergreens outside my window, but I took a “shot” at it anyway. Such a lovely red against the green.
I’ve heard it said that “cardinals appear when angels are near.” What a lovely sentiment. We have a lot of angels on the Old Mission Peninsula, in more ways than one.
