Do you work at home, but would rather have a more official office space to see clients? Or maybe you’re self-employed and have thought about creating a co-working space with a friend or two. You know, a place where you could get out of the house, talk to someone besides your cat, and focus on the work at hand. If so, this post is for you.
The office space on the west side of Peninsula Market was recently vacated by Century 21 Northland and is now available for rent for $450/mo. plus a security deposit. The lease is for one year.
Old Mission Gazette is Reader Supported.

It’s a beautiful airy space featuring a small enclosed space in the back, black-and-white checked flooring, and a vintage sliding barn-door on one wall. There’s also plenty of parking, and snow removal is included (which we hopefully will not need much longer).

As a bonus, the Peninsula Grill and Bad Dog Deli are right across the parking lot, and Peninsula Market offers not only produce, grocery items, beer and wine, and fresh-made baked goods, but their daily lunch specials are fantastic. And of course, there’s a gas station there, as well.
Peninsula Market is located at 14111 Center Road on the Old Mission Peninsula. For more information about the office space for rent, contact Jane Boursaw, manager of Peninsula Market, (231) 357-8501.

SUPPORT YOUR INDEPENDENT LOCAL NEWSPAPER: I started Old Mission Gazette in 2015 because I felt a calling to provide the Old Mission Peninsula community with local news. After decades of writing for newspapers and magazines like the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Family Circle and Ladies' Home Journal, I really just wanted to write about my own community where I grew up on a cherry farm and raised my own family. So I started my own newspaper.
Because Old Mission Gazette is a "Reader Supported Newspaper" -- meaning it exists because of your financial support -- I hope you'll consider tossing a few bucks our way if I mention your event, your business, your organization or your news item, or if you simply love reading about what's happening on the OMP. In a time when local news is becoming a thing of the past, supporting an independent community newspaper is more important now than ever. Thank you so much for your support! -Jane Boursaw, Editor/Publisher, Old Mission Gazette
