Happy Easter! If you are not currently on the Old Mission Peninsula, I’m happy to report that the ice in the bay is gone and the soul-soothing water is lapping against the shores of East Bay and West Bay and all around the town.
And there’s a lot of it. The water is pretty high at the moment, so there’s not a lot of what passes for beach on our little stretch of East Bay.

If you recall last year, we got hit with an April snowstorm, so at least we don’t have that going on.
