Paula Kelley
Paula Kelley has lived on the Old Mission Peninsula for almost 25 years. Semi-retired from a career in the finance arena, she now consults on state and local government finances, as well as nonprofits in the Traverse City area. She has been instrumental in land preservation on the OMP, and spends her time rescuing dogs.
